More Spring

I thought I'd add a couple more from our Spring planting day. The plants are still going well, and we're going to put up pictures of all our beautiful tulips. Our grass is still brown, but there's more and more green everyday.

Spring is in the air..

Today we started working on some landscaping. We planted some flowers, bought some new cacti and a Venus fly trap, added some stepping stones, and made everything feel a little bit more like Spring. The weather has been great. Next step is to get our lawn aerated so the grass will turn green instead of this nasty, patchy, brown mess.

Baby

We're having a baby. The baby is due November 10th! I don't have any pictures to back this up, but soon we will!

It was Johnny's birthday yesterday. This has been a big year for him, with tons of transitions. I'm so proud of him - he's the absolute best husband, dog daddy, employee, and human being I've ever known.

This is the view from our room, amazing. I probably won't post everyday, but John is looking for a place to eat dinner tonight and we just got back from the beach. We'll probably go eat clam chowder tonight. It's chilly - perfect chowder weather.
