4 Days and Rain

We were at Target last night and suddenly the clouds burst! It rained this much in less then 1/2 hour. We got a new camera as a 5 day early wedding present, and I plan on having more pictures to post. It's all getting so exciting. My Mom and I have everything pretty much under control. I work today and tomorrow and I have lots to do on Thursday. I had a dream that my dress fit perfectly, which will hopefully become a dream come true (I can't turn down ice-cream).

For those of you who are coming to the wedding, here is the current 5-day weather forecast for Greeley, CO. As you can see it should be pretty nice (I know it's pretty early to be sure this is correct, but we can all hope!) Also, be sure to bring clothes to wear on Friday and Saturday night. It gets COLD in the evening, even if it's been 80 degrees all day. This is one of the reasons I love Colorado so much. I am so excited to see everyone, and to celebrate with all of you.

18 Days / Bridal Shower #4

The women at Greeley Mennonite (my parent's church) had a wonderful bridal shower for me this past Sunday. It was so great to spend that time with them and get to know some people better. I got some wonderful gifts, and I am so thankful they supported John and I in this way.

23 Days / Denver Vacation '06

John and I came to Denver for a vacation last October. Here are some pictures from our favorite place, Lake Dillon. Using your car as a tripod doesn't work out that well, as you can see from the crooked picture.



We accidently came to the Continental Divide while we were driving back from Breckenridge. The sky is much more blue in Colorado, this is a fact, and you can see it in the pictures.

This is my favorite. Check out the creeper behind us. She was a strange bird!

26 Days!

This picture is too cute. John and the girls pack things up this weekend to start their long drive to Denver, CO. I can't wait for them to finally be here. John sent me this picture and I thought it was too cute!
